There are mainly two types of fonts in this world – Serif and Sans Serif. In this era, Sans serif fonts are much more used in online and print designs as compared to serif fonts. I personally very rarely use Serif fonts in my designs as it is quite difficult to incorporate a Serif font like Times New Roman or Georgia into a corporate or professional-looking piece of artwork.
The problem is, I always find myself repeatedly using the same kind of fonts for instance, Helvetica Neue or Helvetica Condensed, in a lot of my designs. These fonts are no doubt amazing, but we definitely need a bit of variety in the font types we use in our different designs. It wouldn’t be cool to use the same font in 3 different mastheads for 3 different clients right?
