Today, I just downloaded the awesome Firefox 4.0; I must say it’s really great and has exceeded my expectations. Firefox 4 allows users to have better control of their Web experience, an enhanced streamline user interface, cool new features, and a distinct boost in speed.

Here are some my favorite features of Firefox 4:
- noticeably faster (~6 times faster then Firefox 3.6)
- simpler and cleaner UI
- tabs are above the address bar
- new bookmark and home buttons to the right
- one button for stop and reload
- app tabs
- organize tabs with panorama
- traditional dialog box replaced with modal box
- all text areas are resizable default
- hide/unhide status bar
- and much more!

Firefox now looks a lot more like Google Chrome and Safari. And less like Internet Explorer.
I think partly why Mozilla implemented this kind of user interface layout for Firefox is that they don’t feel good looking like IE. Haha!
